Once we receive your initial inquiry our system will create what is called a project. This project will also create a portal that you, as our client, can log in to.
Within the portal, you will have access to many different resources. Communications between you and our team will go through this portal. Should you decide to book us for your Daytona Beach DJ, or any event for that matter, you will receive all files and such through the portal. For example, questionnaires used for planning, contracts, and invoices. You will have the ability to access any of these documents at any time. This gives you full transparency throughout the entire process and simplifies the process by bundling everything into one convenient location.
